Canvassers introduce Canuck Place’s provincial pediatric palliative care program, its incredible impact, and the growing need for your support as a monthly donor to help care for families and children living with life-threatening illnesses.

By signing up to become a monthly donor with them, you will receive a welcome package, along with updates on Canuck Place Children’s Hospice and a consolidated tax receipt at the end of the year. Pledge any monthly amount you’re comfortable with and know that your gift will keep Canuck Place—and families across BC and the Yukon—supported for years to come.

COVID-19 Precautions

Canuck Place’s Fundraising Ambassadors are active in your community with COVID-19 special precautions being taken, including:

  • Canvassers will do a personal health check with their managers before each shift
  • Any canvasser experiencing symptoms will be tested for COVID-19 before returning to work and will follow the required government regulations.
  • Canvassers are required to have a face-mask on hand at all times while actively canvassing.
  • The canvasser will wear the mask when approaching a member of the public who is also wearing a mask or when a member of the public requests that the canvasser wears a mask.
  • Hand sanitizer and hand wipes will be available
