Punk Rock Pastries steps up to help bring warmth and nourishment to families at Canuck Place
Cookies for Canuck Place is here, and we are so excited to have so many amazing community partners, such as Punk Rock Pastries, join our cause to give warmth and nourishment to families at Canuck Place.
Punk Rock Pastries is a unique bakery located in Burnaby, specializing in 3D cakes, moving cakes, and unreal pastries. And to add to their impressive repertoire, founder and owner Hollie Deville was a contestant on Food Network’s The Big Bake: Halloween!
As a part of our Canuck Place Cookie Club, Punk Rock Pastries is donating $2 from every delicious S’more Cookie to Canuck Place until February 24.
To relish in chocolatey and gooey goodness, you can order through their online shop or visit them in person at 5548 Hastings Street in Burnaby.

S’mores Cookies – Punk Rock Bakery
Makes 12
Ingredients:
- 300g All purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp bi carb soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 175g unsalted butter
- 100g granulated sugar
- 150g light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g dark chocolate chips
- 50g mini marshmallows
- 100g graham crackers chopped
Directions:
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- Add in eggs one at a time
- Add vanilla extract and mix together
- Add remaining dry ingredients. When mix forms a dough stop mixing.
- Make 60g balls
- Freeze for 30 minutes
- Bake at 350 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes
